Dr. Brian Kornblatt
Dr. Brian Kornblatt is a physician trained in Emergency Medicine who has been practicing for the last 28 years. He is the President of Georgia Emergency Associates, an emergency medicine physician group that treats over 250,000 patients per year. Over his many years of clinical practice he has seen the negative impact of obesity, hypertension, smoking, excessive alcohol use and uncontrolled diabetes on the health and wellness of those he has treated. The LifeStats program was born out of his desire to enable participants to become their own best doctor. His passion is cardiovascular fitness as it relates to golf, archery and running.
Kelly Youmans, Director
Kelly is a Certified Advanced Personal Trainer and Fitness Nutritionist at LifeStats. Her medical background includes years of providing care through wellness and prevention services, as well as education and state-of-the-art diagnostics such as MRI and CT services.
Her skill sets include the ability to teach people the importance of knowing their current health status and what it should be based on their stage of life. Kelly has helped everyone from elite athletes to average people achieve their personal health and fitness goals. She does this through assessment, education, personal training, and the ability to hold them accountable for implementing their individualized programs.
In addition to her certification in advanced personal training and fitness nutrition, Kelly is a Professional Figure Athlete with the World Natural Bodybuilding and Fitness Federation, and holds many titles, including 4 time winner of the Southern Isles Competition held in Savannah, GA.
Kelly has been recognized for her achievements in many local, regional and national publications including SKIRT, Savannah Magazine, Savannah News Press, Natural Bodybuilding and Fitness magazine, and is on the Style Network’s #1 rated reality show, Ruby.
